Simulator
The Parnell Commercial Driving School is one of the only training programs in the area where students can practice their skills on an advanced simulator. The simulator allows students to familiarize themselves with a truck, its components, and road and traffic conditions before being placed in a real truck.
Practicing skills with our state-of-the-art simulator allows students to build confidence while learning how to control the vehicle and learn the shifting pattern. The simulator replicates different scenarios, such as traffic issues, high wind, snow, and rain. This is as real life as it gets!
Instructors
Our instructors have decades of experience on the road, and thousands of hours training the next generation of drivers. Their vast knowledge arms students with the skills needed to excel on the road as a professional driver. Plus, our Instructor-to-Student ratio is one of the best in the area, so each student gets the time and attention they need. Our instructors care about each student and want to see them succeed!

Frequently Asked Questions
When are classes?
- Classes are offered weekly, starting every Monday
What is the class schedule?
- Monday- Friday 7:30 AM – 4 PM. Lunch from 11:30 AM – 12 PM
How long will the program take?
- It takes 4-5 weeks, and is performance based.
Do you train on automatic trucks?
- No, we only train in manuals, it is more beneficial and versatile. Automatic licenses have restrictions.
Where do I get tested?
- We have on-site testing
- No, but you can earn your CDL in as little as four weeks. By week five, you can continue training with Mister “P” Express and start earning!
